Project management and administration (WP7) contains the overall coordination and management of the project to meet the objectives of the project and ensure the correct dissemination of the project results. Organization and coordination of all tasks is required to keep the project on track, and to assure timely submission of the progress and reports. The project will be led and managed by SINTEF.
Work package objective
The main objectives are to provide resources for effective coordination of all project activities necessary for the successful implementation of WPs – including planning, financial management, and maintenance of contact with Era-Net representatives. Also:
- To undertake quality assessment of project progress, results and impact
- To achieve timely submission of progress and financial reports
- To ensure the description of work and the Consortium agreement is maintained and updated where necessary
