FOOD SAFETY AND HEALTHY LIVING International Summer School, 5th to 8th of September 2022, Brasov, Romania

The summer school brought together Romanian and foreign universities and leading representatives from international and national scientific research, as well as scientific and professional organizations.

The priority of the summer school is the education of undergraduate and postgraduate students (master and PhD) using pedagogical strategies for teaching/learning/evaluation in the field of food safety in order to have a healthy living.

At the Summer School, Eng. Oana Bianca OPREA, PhD., from
Faculty of Food and Tourism, Transilvania University of Brasov, has presented to participating students and Professors aspects regarding Saccharina latissima seaweed, as a source of new food ingredient,in the frame of the Era-net project SUMAFOOD.
