Disemination of SuMaFood Project at Nutricon International Conference, 8th to 10th of June 2022, Ohrid, North Macedonia

NUTRICON 2022 was dedicated to: Food Quality and Safety, Health and Nutrition. With this occasion, the paper entitled: Bakery products from the seaweed Saccharina Latissima was presented, where the potential of the studied seaweed and its use in the bakery industry were pointed out.
