“NT-SMT-LS 2022” Conference brought together, using hybrid format (on site and online), Romanian and foreign universities and leading representatives from international and national scientific research, as well as scientific and professional organizations.
The Confernece took place at the Sergiu Chiriacescu Aula of Transilvania University, where Prof. Liviu Gaceu from Transilvania University of Brasov has diseminated the Sumafood project, through the presentation etitled: “Research on the use of Saccharina latissima seaweed as an innovative ingredient in the bakery industry”
